We put it to the test. A bottle of Heinz
Ketchup versus these badly oxidized,
copper chafing dishes.

All you have to do is spread the Ketchup (we used Heinz) on the copper, then
rinse it off. After that just wash, rinse again and dry immediately. It really is that easy. The Ketchup does its job almost instantly. We had large pans and covers so it took a minute or two to smear them up and then they were rinsed right away. Test a small spot first and then give it a try. Comment below to let others know how it worked for you.
1. Squirt Ketchup
2. Spread Ketchup
3. Rinse, Wash and Rinse again
4. Dry Immediately
